*Conventional Purchase with 3% down. No MI premium only monthly MI (740 mid credit score required)
*USDA purchase loans up to 100% LTV with NO monthly mortgage insurance (Area restricted)
*Conventional Loans with Hybrid Mortgage Insurance programs. This keeps the monthly MI lower and can increase max purchase price, or lower the payment
*No Flip Rule on Conventional, FHA or VA loans
*No debt to income restrictions with Approved/Eligible Desktop Underwriter findings
*FHA Alternative credit purchase with NO FICO
